Connecticut Changes Crimes From Sexual Indecency to Sexual Assault

The Connecticut legislature has changed the sexual assault laws so some crimes that could only be prosecuted as public indecency and disorderly conduct can now be prosecuted as sexual assault. The bill passed unanimously.
