Proof that a not-guilty verdict is not equal to innocence

Five weeks after Kenneth Robinson was found not guilty of lewd and lascivious battery of a minor, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement concluded that Robinson's DNA matched semen collected from the rape victim. A series of mistakes by those in the legal system led to this failure.

After reading this I have to wonder how anyone can say that it's easy for women to get men charged for raping them, but nearly impossible for men to be found not guilty. The only conclusion I've been able to come to is that these people define rape much more narrowly than what's listed in the legal statutes.
