Pair Secretly Taped Sexual Encounters Then Blackmailed Participants

This is a case where the victims consented to sex but weren't aware that the sex was being recorded. The 2 known victims were in the midst of getting divorced which could definitely make someone more vulnerable to blackmail.

MINEOLA, N.Y. - A Long Island couple videotaped and photographed sexual encounters they had with people they met over the Internet, then forced them to pay hush money, police said Wednesday.

A preliminary investigation has uncovered two victims, but Nassau County police Detective Lt. Ray Cote said there could be dozens of others, given the large number of videos and photographs investigators have confiscated.
Sexual ethics means getting consent for every element of the interaction not just the sexual contact itself. It looks like the blackmail and coercion extended beyond getting money from at least one victim.
