Details Didn't Overwhelm DNA In Gang Rape Case

This gang rape case in Peoria resulted in a conviction despite the defense attorney's attempt to get jurors to dismiss DNA evidence found at the crime scene and his request that the jurors dismiss testimony from the victim since the victim was threatened at gunpoint. Supposedly she was too scared to get any facts right.

Since the deliberations only took a couple of hours, the defense attorney may have been reaching for any excuse to create a sense of reasonable doubt.
